City of Clovis invites community to 8th annual Trail Fest, a family-friendly, wellness-focused festival on the Clovis trails

May 2, 2024 The community is invited to join the City of Clovis this Saturday, May 4, 2024, for the eighth annual Clovis Trail Fest. For one day only, the Old Town Trail and Dry Creek Trail in Clovis will be transformed into a miles-long wellness festival featuring activities, demonstrations, live music, snacks, and refreshments for all ages offered at over 35 locations from Third Street and Clovis Avenue to Dry Creek Park and Railroad Park.

All are welcome, and attendees can start and end at any location along the way as they walk, bike, run, or scooter between the dozens of featured stops.

“Clovis Trail Fest is a fun, family-friendly event that provides a wonderful opportunity to connect with community organizations and learn more about wellness while enjoying a beautiful spring day on our city trails,” said Amy Hance, Deputy Director of General Services for the City of Clovis. “We want to encourage everyone in our community to join us for some exercise, fresh air, and a good time.”

Clovis Trail Fest is free to attend and will take place Saturday, May 4, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Featured activities include:

  • Meet Dolly the Trolley and giveaways with Clovis Transit
  • Hands-only CPR with the Clovis Fire Department
  • Parks information and frisbee giveaways with the Clovis Parks Department
  • Zoo programs, giveaways, and more with Fresno Chaffee Zoo
  • Churros and coffee with the Old Town Clovis Kiwanis Club
  • Cornhole and information with Clovis Veterans Memorial District
  • Fun exhibits and rock art demo with Fresno Gem and Mineral Society
  • Snacks with Clovis Culinary Center
  • Healthy living information and giveaways with Fresno Madera Area Agency on Aging
  • Carnival games and face painting
  • Zumba and Tai Chi demonstrations
  • … and so much more for all ages
