St. Peter Lutheran Church is hosting a special concert on Thursday, March 21, at 6:30 pm, which will feature a select high school traveling choir from Luther Preparatory School in Watertown, WI.

The choir is made up of 39 high school juniors and seniors who were selected after tryouts.  They are escaping the Wisconsin snow and ice, and are excited to be traveling through.  They will be doing evening concerts at our congregations in Reno, Sacramento, Modesto, here in Clovis, and then points south.

Luther Preparatory School is a 415-student boarding school in Watertown, WI, which is operated by the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS).  Students are encouraged to consider continuing down a path of ministry to be a pastor or Lutheran teacher in WELS churches and schools.  It is the oldest Lutheran high school in the United States.

St. Peter Lutheran Church is located at 2550 Gettysburg Avenue in Clovis, on the corner of Temperance and Gettysburg. All are welcome to come to the hour-long concert on March 21!

Feel free to call me at the number below if you have any questions at all.

    Sincerely,

    Pastor Mark H. Schewe
