Powerful Tools for Caregivers Virtual Class
Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a 6-week hour and a half virtual class workshop provided by Valley Caregiver Resource Center. This class is designed to help family caregivers (no patients, professional caregivers or volunteers) take care of themselves while caring for a relative or friend. You will benefit from this class whether you are helping a parent, spouse, friend, or a relative. This class is offered at NO COST to class participants ( paid for by a grant from the California Department of Health Care Services and Fresno-Madera Area Agency on Aging).
Topics include: reducing stress, effective communication, goal-setting, problem-solving, and more!
***All Materials needed for the class will be provided by Valley Caregiver Resource Center.
