82-year-old Clovis man, Kenneth Wright has been arrested by the Fresno County Sheriffs for allegedly shooting his 77-year-old wife to death. Wright has been booked into the Fresno County Jail on a murder charge and bail has been set at $1 million.
Authorities were called to the Wright residence about a possible suicide by gunshot. After a short investigation, officers were convinced that Maradee Wright, wife of Kenneth Wright, was murdered. Wright was then taken into custody.
