A trio of Clovis breweries took home top honors at the Old Town Clovis Beer Crawl over the weekend.

“We have been holding the Craft Beer Crawl since 2015. We used to do two a year, but in 2018 we went to once a year –– in the early Spring. So this was our eighth event,” said Carole Lester, Executive Director of Business Organization of Old Town (B.O.O.T).

The winners, Riley’s Brewing, Tactical Ops Brewing and Mad Duck Craft Brewing, were selected out of the 15 breweries whom entered.

The event brought an estimated 750 beer connoisseurs to chat with local brewery representatives as they sip through the best brews offered in the area.

Proceeds from this year’s event went toward the Fresno County chapter of the Guardians of the Ribbon, also known as “Pink Heals.”
